Complex Carbohydrates
Dr. Bernard talks on a video how the plant based diet is a much healthier diet and how it reduces cravings. The herbal plant foods are  far superior to the tradtional foods because  herbs by nature are the strongest food source on the planet. It took about 3,000 years for the early herbalists in China to discover which herbal foods fed which organs and which herbal foods cleanse. This is how yin and yang came into being. Today we have these wonderful Sunrider herbal foods and they have been in our country for 29 years. Today with the great amount of pollution in our regular food source, GMO  foods, and polluted air and water we MUST add these herbal foods to  our daily diets. The plant base diet will reduce cravings. This will happen faster with the herbal foods added to our diets.
Addictive Foods, Chocolate, Cheese, Sugar and Physically Addictive Foods.
Addictive Foods ! Plant based diet needed to overcome addictions! Sugars are hidden in many foods. Just read the labels on cans and on packages. Be selective and don't by GMO foods. Sugar and caffeine are both addictive.
Dr. Bernard says  we must have a plant based diet to be healthy. I suggest that we need a much stronger food than tradtional plant based diets to be healthy and that would be the Sunrider herbal plant based diet along with our regular plant based diet.
The UP and Down Dieting is what I did.
1. When dieting I would loose muscle and water, not fat.
2. Our body's go into a starvation mode when we diet .
3. In the starvation mode our metabolism slows down.
4. We must reduce our sugar, dairy, Meat and Wheat, Margarine, butter, Vegetable oils( use Olive) and condiments.
All of the above are acidic foods and maybe an addiction to wheat or gluten.
5.small amounts of nuts and seeds ( they do contain fat, so small amounts)
On the up and down diet we loose 10 and gain back 15 but when we do we are gaining back fat! Not good. The herbal plant foods feed the body well and stop the cravings so this allow us to switch to a plant based diet of regular foods while keeping our herbal foods going in our body daily.
